By decree from the Shopkeeper's Guild, shops will now disclose the
identification on any item that they agree to value for purchase.  Scrolls of
Identify are still available for sale for use in the field.

While performing renovations to their house, the Thieves Guild discovered a
treatise on hunting left over from the days when the Ranger's Guild occupied
the space.  After decoding the text, and after much practice perfecting the
skill, the Guild master feels confident in teaching the art of the Lure to
members of the Guild.
