   The Mages Guild is pleased to report that the incantation for the 'scry'
   spell has been rediscovered.  The magic shop in Flan is selling the newly
   minted scrolls.

   The Mages Guild has decided to lower the level at which it trains the 'mind
   thrust' spell.  Rumor has it that the decision was made amidst some
   confusion, and possible magical influence.
