   Welcome to the 20th year of the Last Outpost!  To celebrate (and by virtue
   of having run out of fractional 1.00 release numbers) we are now running LO
   code version 2.05!

   The Thieves guild is offering advanced lessons in lock picking, including
   the history and locality of lock design.

   Added a prefrence for command delay messages.
