The Outpost Post

   It has long been assumed that the central valley is home only to ghouls and
   desolation, but recent upstream explorations of the western end of the Pyani
   river indicate that there is in fact a thriving community of people living
   along the water.  The Guild Council reports this as further evidence that it
   safe for us to rise up and reclaim the lands that we once held before the
   dark times!

   The Warrior's Guild has decided that it is within everyone's interest to
   learn how to set up a proper camp.  As such, they have dropped the level 5
   requirement for learning the skill, and will teach the basics for free to
   all interested parties.
