   The Outpost Guild Oversight Committee has decided to endorse a new set
   of official titles for deserving guild members.  The titles are to be
   awarded for various achievements, a full list of which the committee has
   promised to release "at a later date".  The Committee has yet to make a
   formal announcement regarding the identities of the first recipients of
   these new titles.
