Added a new quest for level 16. Colorized the zones and practice commands.
Colorized the who command. If you are standing in a zone that your clan has
taken over, you now tend to regneerate faster.  Added auto exits display
option.  Type 'exits auto' to enable it.  Colorized and added group glance to
the glance command.  Type help glance for details.
