Thanks to the recent cooperation between the guilds, quests can now be granted
by guildmasters from outside of your primary class.  Also,  if you are on the
last step of a quest, you dont have to go back to the same guildmaster who
granted it in order to complete the quest.  Now, any guildmaster will do!
