The Cleric's guild is training in a new spell.  Reports of lifted spirits
among the clergy have been heard as far away as the western mountains.

The Outpost survived a terrible plague.  The residents of the Last Outpost
bravely defended the lands of their forefathers, and once again drove evil
back into the dark places of the world.  In recognition of valor above and
beyond the call of normal duty, the valuable item limit counter has been
increased, and item limts have been raised.  Congratulations to the victors!
