The spell guarding the tax boxes was found to be somewhat less powerful than
  was originally thought.  A clerical error in the spell has been discovered,
  and a revised incantation has been cast upon the boxes to improve security.

Tired of the breakneck pace of group combat?  Try Torbald's ancient 'focus'
  technique.  When focused, you only see the hits from combat that you are in--
  hits that you have made, or ones that have hit you.  If you find yourself in
  a big tangle, say the mantra and tune out the fray.
