  The Guildmasters Guild has located an old manuscript detailing the
  spells and rituals required for an ancient remorting ceremony. They are
  allowing certain elder members to undertake the ritual.  If you are a
  senior guild member, the Guildmasters suggest you come in to learn if
  you have gained the right to quest for it.
