   Welcome to the eighteenth year of The Last Outpost and a fresh player
   database!  After taking a year off, we're back.

   You will find a few changes to the game in this new era.  The most notable
   are that clan enrollment is no longer mandatory at level 8, and dying won't
   leave you completely without equipment.

   The Theive's Guild has advanced the art of professional rogue-ism and is
   training in a new skill.  Talk to the guildmaster to learn how to cache in
   on the new technique.

   Command line history and channel history have been added.  Let the gossip
   spread...
