The clan oversight committee has voted to relax the ban on player vs. player
fighting. In an effort to reduce enforcement costs, the committee has
decreed that the claimant of a zone may choose whether or not to enforce a
no player killing rule. If a zone is declared PK, then it is up to the
claiming clan to ensure the continued safety of the zone.
The Fasthold chamber of commerce is pleased to announce that many of the
town stores will now be allowed to remain open 24 hours a day without being
subject to the usual mercantile tax. This is expected to revitalize the
downtown district after a long period of decline brought about by orcish
raiding of the trade routes.
Have fun!
