New characters now enter the game with a default descritpion.  Added a new
quest for level 16. Colorized the zones and practice commands.  Colorized the
who command. If you are standing in a zone that your clan has taken over, you
now tend to regneerate faster.  Added auto exits display option.  Type 'exits
auto' to enable it.
