The Sun that had been hosting LO for the last few years was starting to show
  the signs of its age, and was getting ready to melt down.  Rather than suffer
  such a catestrophic failure, the Gods have moved LO to a different, cooler
  system.  Aside from a slight parallax shift in some of the constellations and
  the loss of all bulliten board messages, there should be no noticable
  changes.

The Janitorial staff that supports out Last Outpost has been retrained, and
  will hopefully do a better job of cleaning up the piles of orcich longswords
  that pile up at our gate.

In recognition of efforts above and beyond the call of duty by their members,
  the Guildmasters now grant experience points as quest goals are met, in
  addition to the traditional end of quest bonus.  The Guildmasters wish to
  apologize for any grievences brought under the terms of the former policy.
